The truth is never spoken
All i tell are lies
You think you know me
But this is just a disguise

I pretend to be someone
Only to appeal to you
But once I've got you hooked
I realize I don't really love you

I just hate the thought of being alone
So I find someone temporary
I pretend to fall in love
And think thoughts of getting married

Isn't that what you want to hear
That I am only a fake
That I could care less
