This poem was amazing. It also I believe helped you to write this poem because as you stated you have a personal connection to this poem. Abortion is a really good topic to write about. It's one of those topics that are highly debated about among people. You did a great job here. I love how you were asking those questions. They made me think! Great write. I too have a personal connection to this. It's quite different. When my mom was pregnant with me, the doctors said I had fluid in the brain, and spinebifida(sp?). Because in the ultra sounds, I had dark spots on my lower back, and neck. TURNS OUT THEY WERE JUST BIRTH MARKS!!! But my parents thought of aborting me several times. I'm glad they didn't! And I'm glad you didn't either!

I am actually pro-choice, but this poem is so heart-felt that it sort of does make me want to change my views on this. The ending was perfect. I really loved this, and I hope this helps people. :)
