Good Night

by Liz Miller   Jun 6, 2008

^^
The night time settles, gently with the vanishing sun,
Mother's call out and children run,
Ending that day's games and fun.
^^
But soon the sun is gone behind the trees,
Which turn and sway in this night's breeze,
And they flow back and forth with practiced ease.
^^
The sky now black, lets out the day's heat,
The coolness flows down, the warmness beat,
And a foggy mist roles down the street.
