Lonely Girl

"Guys come and go", well at least thats what I'm told,
Yet it doesn't make it any easier being on my own.
If i could just have one wish tonight
it would be to have someone special by my side,
i need to feel some love
cos being on my own just ain't enough.

I'm a lonely girl, and i hide it beneath my smile,
nothing in my life seems worthwhile
without someone to share it.
I want someone to share my secrets with
to take me as his bride, and be the father to my kids
I'm a lonely girl, but i think i deserve this.

I wont give up!!

    Ilike this poem as it offers up a female perscpetive on my thoughts.

    There are some flow issues which could be easily rememdied.

    That is an idea, just thought I would offer up some suggestions on how to improve your flow. I like the messages that you send, but they seem to have a dark undertone to them :(.

    There is someone out there for you. I have never been so sure in my entirely life of that as I have been the past two weeks.
