The Ring

by Anne Taguibao   Jun 17, 2008

I'd only wear one precious ring
Together with one sacred vow,
It's only in our wedding day
Where we'll speak our love aloud..

Then we will start to live as one
We''ll build a home so warm
And while this ring is in my hands
I'm with you, with all my heart..

Our promise is forever true
For our burning love is the deepest
This solemn ring is the very proof,
That our lasting passion beats the rest..

So if you'll ask me for marriage,
I'll only say "YES" to you
I'll leave the world, just give me the ring,
Then I'll jump and shout, "I DO!!"
