Into A New World

My eyes get heavy
Losing the light
Retiring to darkness
Permanent night

My blood gets darker
Scarlet rivers flow
Last breaths releasing
Life's final show

My breath grows lighter
The pounding of my heart
A world drowning
The finish or a start?

Weak silhouttes appear
Angels help me elude
Away from life
Into a new world
