Dying...

When you look at me, do you realize I'm dying on the inside?
I put on the show, make it seem like I look alright.
Because of you I've cried and cried and cried,
Just one glance at you and my body is putting up a fight.

The tears still spill down, and I'm trying to get them away,
I really don't know how much longer I can stay up today.
Cause dying without you really doesn't seem right,

I try to move on, but I fail every single try,
Trying to get that image out when you kissed me for the very first time,
I remember feeling like right there I could fly,
I need to remember you were only faithful part-time.

I guess you didn't know what you had in the end,
And guess i'll have to live with you just being a friend
