Saying Good-Bye

It is hard to say good-bye
All the times you made me smile
Or you made me mad
You did not leave with out a trace

I think back on all the times together
Still to this day I start to cry
I hide that frown with a smile
So no one knows how bad I hurt

The nasty words I say are so untrue
I say them to hide the way I feel for you
If I had to tell the truth it’d be I mis you
Saying Good-bye is not a choice

If I never met you I wouldn’t be who I am
I did not want to loose you
I had dreams that needed you
We could have made them work

But you got what you wanted
You got rid of me
But So you know you will always be remembered
I will never forget you

So when you say good-bye
I will not respond
It is out of the question
You will always be a part of me
