Over You At Last

by Claudia   Jul 4, 2008

Reminiscing On Old Times.
All Those Memories Left Behind.
Traffic Running On A One Way Street.
Represents You And Me.

I Was Young And In Love.
The Consequence Was A Shattered Heart.
You Left Me To Drown In All Your Lies.
You Forgot I Was Something Your Money Couldn't Buy.

Is Everything For A Reason?
Thats A Question I Seemed To Ask.
I Never Thought I'd Get The Answer.
Today I Take That Back.

Getting Over You Was Hard.
Yet Watching My Smile Fade Away Was Even Harder.
Theres Nothing To Regret.
I Truly Learned From This Mistake.

Getting Over You Doesn't Mean I Wont Still Love You.
It Just Means I Can Still Love You But Live Without You.
It Means Your Still My Favorite Music Note.
It Also Means I Still Love You But This Time I Love Myself More.

Looking At The Pictures As I Smile.
Not Noticing The Time Passing On The Dial.
I Finally Spread My Wings Ready To Fly.
I Take A Deep Breath, I'm Free, And Full Of Pride.
Theres No More Reasons To Cry, I'm Over You At Last.
