Uncertainty

by Beautiful Chaos   Jul 11, 2008

Tomorrow's never promised,
Love me here now,
In the morning if we wake,
We've made it through somehow.

Dreams won't lay forgotten,
For we live them everyday,
Letting go of nothing worth,
More than we can say.

Tears we know have fallen,
Cleansed us of our pain,
Truth and work is easier,
Then hate we can't sustain.

Bitter world and darkened hearts,
Can't break what we have found,
Buried in this grievous state,
That's slowly going down.

One true heart, a little taste,
Of something more than I,
A tiny piece of heavens bliss,
Found inside this lie.

Forever may not come to be,
But still, we have today,
I'll love you like there's no tomorrow,
No matter what they say.
