Dark Night

I wish I could be
like the fly on your wall.
Watching and waiting,
for you to call.
I'll be there to catch you,
should you fall.

I'll love and support you,
each and everyday.
Never ignoring you,
or sending you away.
But always caring
and helping where I may.

The days are dark,
dark as Night.
But, lo, on the horizon
there is a Light.
It will rise,
and turn the dark night-Bright.
