The pain it dwells inside my heart,

When you're not next to me,

I feel as if I'm falling apart.

I spend my days thinking of you,

Hoping somehow a treasured memory,

Although occasionally,

Our emotions collide.

When I'm with you I feel such a compassionate vibe,

As if my world has paused in time,
