Letting our love pass by.

I'm sick of try after try.
expecting different results,
only getting lie after lie.
nothing but faults,
yet i still cant say goodbye.

holding onto what was,
not knowing what could.
if i knew what to change,
god knows i would.
how did things go bad?
when not long ago,
it was all good.

were did i go wrong,
what can i do right?
lasting way to long,
is the same old fight.
if i could just get a hold,
i'd hold on oh so tight.

still not letting go,
grasping on for only old romance.
although it sucks to know,
only in the past had i even the chance.

all i can do is sit back and watch,
as our love only passes by.
