Love is nothing but.....

Love is nothing but a pain causing pill,
you know that it will taste horrid,
but you will still swallow it,
Hoping it might make you feel better,
but you end up getting hurt and suffer,
now that the evil pill is in your system,
all you can do is just sit and wonder.
At first it will feel good and wonderful,
but then it effects will start to appear,
now it gives you sleepless nights,
your stomach is rumbling with hunger of love and affection all night,
You seek the cure, and ask for mercy,
but in return you get more misery, less love, less mercy,
Now you wonder what made you surrender,
your heart, your soul, was it really worth the effort?
This pill of love is just pure evil,
even though you swallowed it with good intentions,
It will put you through pain and you,ll end up in detention.
You think you've learned your lesson, you've healed and have become wiser,
But again in front of you lies an evil pill of love,
