It's my fault
If one is so far from the other.

Because you pushed me away.

That you didn't push.
Did not prod.
But who was I to believe?

Especially you --
My own blood,
Telling me
That I would die
And live
With the devil.

Reached for me
As I shielded my eyes.

    This poem was pretty well written. Hmm, I loved the twist of the other language for your quote, that was very unique. I adored that more than anything. You did however repeat yourself..

    "But who was I to believe?

    `Those parts. You said the same thing twice, I don't know if you meant to.. but I didn't really like it anyways.. I'm not sure why. But other than that, you could feel what you were feeling in this poem. The format was unique to say the least. (: 4/5
