Foolish Wonder

Whispered rain showers us in song,
shining through,
alerting us to our guardian,
glistened in night's sky!-

Our world is sparkled
in the lighted glow
of the moon,
warming the
depths of our passion,
flowing out between
our desperate
breaths for air-

This night has
become
our own,
as these
heart beats
shake
the shadowed ground...

And all I wonder
(in my
curious nature)
is how long you intend
to remain
embedded in these arms!

Though without voicing
to you my concern,
your silent kiss,
and the smile
across your lips,
remind me
I have
no reason to
worry.

Shhh! Tonight,
only this:
one glowing, silent kiss,
as whispered rain
