I'm going to have to disagree with the comment above mine because I think the ending was pretty nice.
But that could be because I can relate to those two lines very well.

But anyway, the poem was ... okay. The rhyming was great as well as the emotion but it just lacked something. You could have made it a bit longer? Like I felt it finished as soon as it started.
But that's just my opinion.
Overall, it was a nice read. =)
