Falling into a dream of your voice
I dug a cave in the corner of my heart
and waited there in the moist earth
Till I felt your shadow at the entrance.

Then I held my world in my hands at your feet
Wondering how, i would survive without you now...

I was lost
I was found
I was never alive
till I was drowned.

I felt once again, the first taste of love,
the first sting, the first smile.
Because if you had not found me,
I would still have found you.

But I know the past can't be blown out like a candle.
I wish i could guide you through naked fields to the truth.
But you were not there with me beneath his stare
You were not pounded against, ripped till bare.
And I was not there when you were forced to your knees
I was not there with you to lie alone and bleed.

But in your eyes, let me be loved.
For in mine, you are magnificent!

And under the night's spherical glow
For true love's howl, I won't say no.

For I was never alive
till I was drowned.
And I was always lost
Until, by you i was found.

    I think i read this poem A LOT, sometimes it made me wanna cry! sometimes it made me smile! but mostly speechless...

    This is so soft & romantic... seems that u've been through some tough times both of you to finaly be with each other

    I wish i could guide you through naked fields to the truth.

    ^^i'm sure that behind this part is a lot of pain, but then all you want is his love and u're ready for it

    this poem wierdly touched me
