Paying For All Her Lies

by LiveTogetherDieAlone   Sep 3, 2008

I know the truth behind that fake smile.
I know the truth behind those lies.
What can I say? It did last for a while.
I used to be happy, but now all you hear is my cries.

I used to be like a loved puppy,
But than got thrown into the streets.
You took advantage of me.
You took advantage of all my heart beats.

The day I met you, was what changed my life.
The day I figured out, your were filled with lies,
Was the day I felt that sharp, shiny knife
Peirce right through my heart through my eyes.

I never knew, one person can be so cruel.
I never knew, one person can be so heartless.
I never knew, that I can be such a fool.
I never knew, that I was stupid enough to believe this.

Now, I sit outside in the pouring rain,
Paying for her lies and everything she put me through.
Shes the only person that has the power to make me feel so much pain.
But, I must forget her as soon as possible, before I dont what to do!
