WHAT I WOULDN'T DO....

After all these years, you've showed me you're still there. What I wouldn't do......if only I had known you cared.

This world had consumed me, and left me with this fear, Oh Lord, I knew that you was near.

Lift my spirit up, take away my pain; Let me look through your eyes, to see what I must gain.

What I wouldn't do.....If only I had known, there would not be these tears.

You've taken all my sins, and you've casted them all away.

Though at times I struggle, and not know what to say. I know that I have hope, as I talk to you each day.

When my mind feels confused,I know my heart is not alone. I'm learning more about you. You call me your very own.

What I wouldn't do.....if only i had known,you'd never leave me alone.

When my feet leads me to a path, I know that it won't be the one, that leaves you in wrath.

Forever I'll be with you,every night and day. As you continue to show me the way.

I wonder, just what you see in me. As you know I'm a beginner, I'm learning to find the peace that is inner.
