Why did we fall in love?
why did we have to make love?
you ripped my hart out
so silent, without a sound
it took you a second to say no
it will take me my life to let go
you hugged me like no other
when i was with you i was under cover
i was safe, but now im totally caved
taking my own life seemed right at the time
but someone gave me a sign
i'm loved by many
but i want you to have me
when i start to have a good time
your face comes intruding into my mind
you can keep my heart, i won't be needing it
i hope you hold it close and feel it
i wish someone could feel my hurt & pain
i can't believe you're letting me go insane
my hearts sinking like a sub
i hope you can feel all of my love.

    I totally understand what you are going through. I find that what you gain from being older is more chances to have a heart broken. At 38 I am still trying to get it right. It is true you do learn from mistakes but the most important lesson you can learn is the one about yourself, for to love anyone, you have to first learn to love yourself. I personally didn't learn that particular lesson untill well into my 20's, in fact I am still learning and probably will until the day I die!
