Old bittersweet moments
some still fresh in my mind
No matter how hard I try
I can't leave them behind

The promises you made
All the times you said
"baby, things will never change"
are still in my thoughts
And its driving me insane

Thinking about you
and all the shit we went through
I always burst out into tears
because I still love you

Going through my old pictures
I fall upon one of you and me
I thought about burning them
because until then your memories wont let me be

I can't seem to set blaze
to these awfull frozen moments
that leave me love struck
and stuck in a daze

Because as soon as I look back
at what we used to be
I realize every time
How much I need you here with me
