Two Hearts with One Dream

I've written things here several times
But none of them seemed right
They didn't show my love for you
How my heart flutters at your sight

I love you doesn't cover it
But I can say no more
Because what I'm feeling
They haven't made a word for

I can't remember a time
When my heart would skip a beat
I can't remember
When a guy could be so sweet =]

Even though it isn't easy
I'm gonna see this through
I'm gonna work hard
Because I don't wanna lose you

You are what I want
You are what I NEED
You're my yesterday, today
You're my everything

This isn't the most amazing poem
But it comes from my heart
So just know I love you
Even though we're far apart

    I can relate to the distance you speak of in the poem, but if the love is strong enough the distance will seem shorter and shorter with time :) great job again 5/5 GG23

    I liked it though it could have i thought been better in a few spots but this was from your heart and thats where poetry is supposed to come from
