Super Jealous Guy (i need help!)

I really need help,,

guys and girls i truly do,
let me tell the story, than please opinions from you,

I am with someone i really care about,
and want nothing more than just to be with her all the time
(long distance you see)

But i am so selfish, so shallow minded,
That i want her to be with me all the time, and no one else

I got jealous knowing her talking to guys

I got jealous knowing she works along with guys

I got jealous knowing she travel back with a guy
(co worker and he is 60 years old!)

Even to my own friends i feel jealous

Ridiculous as it sounds, impossible as it might seem,
but this,,
is true,,

even when she is spending time with her family,
i can get upset, cause that ruins our plans to spend some time together,,

i need help,
advise,,on how i can change the Super Jealous Guy(ME)

    I only have one thing to say well i know wat ur going threw and wat i did is i gave her trust kuz she diserved it and i almost lost her and if u feel for her lk i felt for my ex then ud know to give her a little trust jst baby steps and maybe the jelousy will go away it did for me then we had other problems

    Hehe!! it's ok to get jealous i guess!! coz u love her (which is sweeeeeeeeeeet), but try not to get over jealous so as to not to lose her!!
    whenever u feel u're being over remember that u may lose her and try to take it easy...
    AND TRUST HER COMPLETELYYY!!!

    OH that was fantastic myself and my partner are in a long distance relationship and he wrote me the other night telling me how he was feelings it reminded me so much of what he wrote
    this is a great expression of emotions
