Painful Confusion

I am just so confused,
My mind tells me you don't love me
but my heart just won't let go.

My heart beats fast when you are here,
and breaks when you disappear.

I feel like i am stuck in a love triangle,
me loving you but you loving someone else.

I just don't know what to do
because i just can't stop loving you.
