I had some time to think today
And there are some things I'd like to say
My life is good
You make me feel the way that nobody could
When times were hard and I wanted to die
When I felt like killing myself you kept me alive.
You were always with me
Even through the hard times I put you through
All those times you didn't know what to do
Because I was gone and you were alone
You made it through all on your own
You still held me up and kept me strong
Even though at times I treated you wrong
But I just want to let you know that I'm doing what I can
Trying my utmost best to be a man
People always told me, men don't cry
But the way I've treated you tears me up inside
I hope you really can see
You have all of me,
Your the best thing in my world
And I feel blessed to be able to call you my girl
