Our sanctuary

by Still Slightly Broken   Nov 22, 2008

The sweet serenity of the quiet
the beauty of our sanctuary
the engulfing walls that keep us within
the absent need to feel wary

No need to bicker
nothing but harmony
tranquility overpowers us all
filling our minds with rhapsody

The gentle sway of the ever green trees
birds calling each other with delicate songs
the placid babble of the stream
the uncorrupted beauty
