There's love....and then there's true love

Love keeps asking you questions
True love lets you know
Love is ever wanting more
True love is more than enough
Love is the beautiful painting
true love is it's painter
Love is with you when you're on your knees
True love helps you stand
Love builds a bridge
True love crosses the rapids anyway
Love is upright and unafraid
True love can be scared, but perseveres still
Love comforts, saying mistakes are okay
True love learns from them
Love is giving someone a part of you
True love is giving your whole heart away
Love captivates you
True love sets you free
Love gives allowance but
true love is grace
Love is like a fire
but
True love is refined by it

    Love the poem! So true for most of it. I would say to take out the "buts" because the format is different in all of the rest of the poem. Great read... inspiring actually. Thanks! 5/5
