The words wont come out

I open my mouth but the words wont come out,

i need to tell you,
i need you to know,
i want it to show.

but i just don't know how to let it go,

--I start with a few words but it leads to a different road,
--I try my hardest to tell you what you seek,
--but i don't know how to give you what you need.

Let me tell you what i feel before you start thinking none of this is real,

I open my mouth and the words spill out,

because i don't want to let you go,
therefore this is what you should know.

i loved you then,

and I'll you more each passing day,
even if you don't believe a word my heart wants to say.
