An eloquent silence

by Diana Barahona   Dec 11, 2008

Is this a dream, am i dreaming?
this slow romance is making me enhance the fact, that indeed, i must be dreaming.

we are two separate bodies that form a single heart.
we are a symphony that no one must ruin or tear apart.

kiss me, i want to vanish and disappear with you.
a mouth watering, tempting, lip trembling greet.
a dramatic encounter where our romance will meet.

a silence between stages, lip pressed onto lip.
two mouths touching and forming a "kiss."

this is your song, now go tell the world.
let spread your smile, make your lips curl.
sneak into my soliloquy, come with passion.
hear my secret unfold while your crash in.
by any chance, do you believe what i do?
i have figured out that it's not a dream,
but a love story breaking through.

my gift to your is my song, my imagination running free.
and if you don't wish to hear it, please tell me.

i don't want to wake up to find that I'm alone.
neither do i want to fall asleep on the phone.
i wish to wake up by your side, faces almost touching.
i wish to fall asleep in your arms with this lullaby to sing.
but most importantly, i wish to wake up and know its not a dream.

it must be a dream!
not a love story breaking through?
the un-slurred words you speak, while i say mine weak.
the way your perfect my kiss and hit every detail i miss.
the medley we sing together, hear it my dear. it is the song of the year!

is this a dream? am i dreaming?
this slow hard kiss is making it hard to miss that, indeed, i must not be dreaming.
