Powers of Night

by InvisiblyHeartless   Dec 13, 2008

Muddled she begins a journey
One that is impossible to complete
She smells the beginning defeat
You understand, her sight isn't
What you may see, reading this
Her sadistic and murderous world
Filled with hate and shallow pity
To the brink, tipping to explosion
Blood covers the nighttime sky
Stars are the scars of her body
Comets of dust and ice
Display the only immunity she knows
Pain comes to her engulfing place
Numbness rocks over the Earth
Jupiter is quiet this night
Neptune has ended it's revolution
A stream of wind pervades
The affect of her controlling power
Clouds in every atmosphere
Her liquid blue eyes cease to flow
The cloak of mourning black settles
Strips of her signature blond hair
Hanging in systematic places, glowing
Asteroids crash, sonic sound waves
Pieces begin an incredible shower
Raining in dreary brown explosions
Destroying the locations of humanity
Her immortality outshines immorality
Many moons cease to shine
The sun finally burnt through it's life
A chilly, moronic cold creeps
Covering the solar's of her power
In a blanket of no hope, no life
It's really ironic, how she's flaming
Her mission complete, but never finished
New worlds to conquer, clothed in fear
Lead her to the dark waters
And she brands her mark on night
