All these tears

by RoseBlood   Jan 5, 2009

There you are my old friend,
You came to me again.
In the middle of the night,
Where all the shining lights,
stopped shining for you.

There is nothing to fear from....
Now that you're here
I will make you feel safe and warm
If you'd just come near.

What has she done to you now?
I thought you said that this was the last time
How did she hurt you now?
But, let's drink now, we'll talk tomorrow

Haven't you been loosing enough?
Can you stand the pain?
Our hearts have once been in love
But, still we failed on the first rain.

Here is our sorrow,
Mine for you, yours for her.
But, still it's caused by love,
The pain we get never seem to be enough....

We must heal our wounds with wine,
Like we always did...
She always gave you pain,
And you always come to me.

You have no idea of the pain,
I am being hurt now
You are always coming with the rain,
Of tears, fears, but not with love.

She has taken your love,
As you have taken mine,
There are these wounds deep within us
That have got to be healed with wine.

I confess to you now,
You're the one I love,
The reason of the tears,
That flow into my eyes.

But, it doesn't matter now,
Let's get down,
Down to the bottom...
We're supposed to heal
These wounds...
We aren't supposed to feel
All these tears.

Wouldn't you be hurt if the person you love is in love with someone who doesn't deserve him/her and when that someone hurts the one you love, he/her always comes to you to heal his/hers pain?
