No longer waiting

by Ashley   Jan 16, 2009

You and i have had our run
i've had too much time without any fun
I'm smiling ans walking away
no longer waiting for you to enter my day

your benevolence was mistaken
I was ignorant, without knowledge
the little things were never ecknowledged
no longer waiting for you to be un-dead

You took me for granted, used me for pleasure
I kept going back thinking it would change
leaving&apologizing bringing yourself to notorious fame
no longer waiting for you to remmber my name

your smile manipulated my mind
I kept thinking everything that was wrong was right
day by day, minute by minute, i fought this internal fight
no longer waiting for me to be the key figure of your sight

you had your chance to be the one
I've had too much time without any love
I'm smiling and walking away
No longer waiting for you, not tomorrow, the next or today!
