Clouds moving slow

Only a few hours ago

I was drinking iced tea
Smelling cigarette smoke
Baggy pants, white hat
Cold nose
You quit hurting your body
You did it for me
I suppose

I was thinking back to our times
When we laughed so hard
I was thinking back to those times
I almost chocked
From how hard I bawled

You were there for me
Those times my heart was it's lonley self
But I am proud to say
I can live my life
Being a sad, open shelf
