Traffic Lights

by Kenny   Feb 21, 2009

Traffic lights, present across ones sight
Traffic lights, insomniac during the night
Traffic lights, where lovers proceed
Traffic lights, travelers you will lead

A steady red suggests for stop
A time needed for a broken heart
A pause when you fall from the top
An enduring color, love must impart

A flashing yellow signals for precaution
An advice that smoothness won't be constant
An advice to pursue with caution
A conscious color of life, forever stagnant

A fair green depicts for proceed
A sign for a broken heart to always live on
A sign for a battered soul that cease to bleed
A color of love from a battle that had been won

Traffic lights, where lovers proceed
Traffic lights, travelers you will lead
