Distance.

Breathing in slowly,
If i do breath to fast my heart might die.
We're to far apart for you to wipe my tears.
Your to far away to kill my fears.

Pacing slowly, I can't run to fast or my heart might die. Your too far away to know why.
Distance, I hate it.

Now I sit on my roof.
It's sun down, I wish you didn't tell me the truth. Because I hate this sad song.
I hate knowing I was wrong.
I can feel the city happy and free.
Every neighbor can sleep except me.
I can feel the ocean wet my grass.
I can hear the cracking at last.

Knowing you lied burns my chest.
Knowing I loved you is worst I confess.
Six minutes till sun the sun falls.
Days come and go so lame.
Why'd you trust me if you felt ashamed?
Left me here knowing I'd cry.
Left me here wanting to die.
Knowing you'd leave now I can't breath.
As I cry the sun says goodbye.

All the lights in the city turn on.
No shoulder to lean on.
Distance I hate it.
Distance you made it.
I'm worried I'm dead.
I hate you being in my head.
Why'd you leave knowing I'd cry?
Leaving me alone wanting to die.

Why'd you kiss me and they say you won't miss me?Now it's starting to rain.
My mom yells your insane.
Only light from the city guides me to my room.
Distance I hate it.
Breathing in slowly.
Make up spread over my face.
Trying to let you go.
Trying to kill every memory you were so quick to erase.
My boyfriend 700 miles away.
My boyfriend left me cold and gray.
Breathing in slowly.
Distance I hate it.
Distance you made it.
