Framed Memory(for JCW)

by Jennifer Dziak   Mar 19, 2009

A picture in a frame,
Lost love, who's to blame?
Three years, perhaps four
We grew together to adore
And all we needed was to be

But three times we were apart
Three time you broke my heart
Through unfair life's turns
Through distance that burns
No more play fighting, or stealing your id

Memories in your car
Your camaro, the memories ours
We snapped back into each other
Like we'd never need another
My constant reminders that I miss you

But your engaged now,
That I can't disavow
But you are happy and free
And I have you memory
And a picture in a frame to get me through
