Professing my love

It is so far out of reach,
But I want it so much.
I want, need yearn to tell
my love how I feel about her.
Soon she will know, I will
profess my undying love to her.
She will finally know what I have
kept inside all of our lives.
My love for her will be revealed,
and when it is, the earth will shake.
And she will know what I've known
forever. But when is the question,
when do I do it? What moment will be perfect?
I don't know, but it will be soon enough.
