There's this story of a girl
About a guy who turned into her world.
She never really believed in love
That it was just life's painful shove.
When she first met him, it all seemed okay
Until she found she wanted him to stay.
Never to leave her, or ever disappear
For this was her only haunting fear.
She thought back on her promise, to never fall.
To make sure to keep up her emotional wall.
But it was destroyed, now too late.
He was her life, her only fate.
But when she found out, his feelings weren't the same
The only thing to do was herself to blame.
He was her life, there was no doubt
Little did he see, she couldn't live without.
When he came to realize, she was gone
Fate wasn't a game, her life never won.
