Velvet Moss

by Curing the Comon Cliche   Apr 3, 2009

The rocks are lined with velvet moss
We've been here for so long
The moonlight glow has softened
Yet we dance to the same song
Violins and piano keys
For those of us who know
The magic isn't in how much we love
But in how we let love show
Waves crashing into the lake
Harmonic as they fall
You hold my hand and together
We drift away to this dance hall
