Along the way

Standing on a ledge
looking out into the unknown
Im still struggling to find my way
tired of feeling alone

When I think about this life
all the ways its has unfold
Its not so hard to see
why love makes people cold

But let your love flow on
Just let it go
After all the pain and misery
You will always feel whole

Let a smile be your sunshine
and the darkness fades away
If you believe in yourself
You'll find love along the way

The beginning of a battle
means a possible end insight
Caring and compassion
doesnt always win the fight

Still I'm holding out my hand
and I'm reaching out for you
Though I know that I will struggle
Its you who pulls me through

So let your love flow on

Sometimes you may lose your way

    I really like this poem...has a nice flow to it, and i do especially like the repeated lines that give the poem its name:
    "If you believe in yourself
    You'll find love along the way"
    it made me smile anyway, even through the sadness that is shown clearly in the first stanza and i can definitely relate to that line: "im tired of feeling alone" ...well done x
