The emphasis is on the lines that are placed in the middle and so there is a natural pause there in each stanza, which forces the reader to slow down and truly read what is stated.

All you said is true, some things are so sad,like the part about the sadness and the depression...things we like to turn away from when we notice them with others.

This one I loved best and I believe it to be true..by loving someone, really love them, you can chase away the hate that lives inside them ( for whatever reason they may have).

This poem seems easy enough, but it isn't. It takes a clever mind to come up with words to make a poem this short interesting to read.
