Great form, lira's are a lot of fun and congrats with this, it was interesting to read a form poem by you.

    "Energetic miniature
    rabbits hurdle overtop grasses softly"

I loved how you described these rabbits, very unique and "hurdle" was filled with so much imagery.

    "seeking an immediate
    asylum;"

I love the wording here, I had to look up "asylum". Great job, with such few words you have painted such a picture.

    "playing hide and seek"

Very creative, I never would have seen this before, thank you for making me notice this.

"crouched beneath soaring pine trees; invisible."

"soaring pine trees" was different and that last line fit perfectly in the poem for the ending.

5/5 from me, so glad to see a new poem by you, and this one is flawless! A wonderful topic that amazed me..

    Very cute, Temps:)

Rabbits are such sweet little animals, with their furry coats and big brown eyes.
To think of them playing hide and seek brings a big smile to my face. As a child I had them in all shaped and sizes. We have a variotion called "Vlaamse Reus"and it's huge, as big as a fat cat, lol. I love them all, the really small ones you can hold in your hands and the big ones, who are almost too big to handle:)
You did well on this, the Lira. I love that format also:)

    playing hide and seek
crouched beneath soaring pine trees; invisible.

    ^^
I particulary love that line , because pine trees are my favorite trees in the world and I love that image of the tiny animals underneath the huge" friends".

    *hugs*

Very good but I am with Colm on the word overtop, it just doesn't seem to fit. Other than that, I love the images of the rabbits your words give us. Well done.

Temps you created such beautiful imagery in this write. The "playing hide and seek" gave such a cute touch to this piece and made me smile.

You hit the actions of a rabbit dead on with the word "energetic" ... boy there are some days I wish I were a rabbit or at least had the energy of one .... lol

Great read, excellent job on the form.
    Loved it !

    Grrrrrrr sorry about that Temps

I was saying that line sounds like something I would say. I really liked this poem. It's so short but very large in it's meaning. I think you did a great job with it. Keep it up ^.^ Nik
