Clandestiny

by Mordegast   Aug 17, 2009

Each morning we awake,
Stretch, resume, eat...
And for what sake?
For humanity's hope
On the tightrope.

We search for a meaning,
Then look it up;
Are we dreaming?
Distracted, diverted,
Half-converted?

I heard stories of ghosts,
Goblins, psychics.....
Are we their hosts?
Or are we alone here
Fighting our fear?

I wonder, I question,
The truth can't lie...
Faint suggestion;
Then hovers nightfall -
And that is all.
