Colorful shards of me

by Kaz   Oct 24, 2009

How many colors can you see,
in a single heart,
either broken or not,
how many times can you break,
a broken heart,
under the nail,
nail under the one who holds the hammer,
can you make it fade away,
after all there was,
to all there is now,
can you make it disappear,
from where it once began,
to where it is ,
too easy for you,
to pull and crush,
each memory,
each moment,
not even a drop of mercy nor love,
from what I was, a beating soul,
to harming worthless shards,
still pleading to gather ,
but none other to put me together,
nor dust,
nor living,
not one but many,
but of the pieces of me that lie,
blessed with hate,
blessed of what I never wanted,
but you willingly gave,
knowing I wouldn`t just once,
but with every hit you strike,
no more words,
as no pieces lie,
because,...
what you made out me,
is all but a mess,
of who I was.
