Final Fireworks

by Mikaela DLC   Oct 25, 2009

You handed me an invitation,
An offer I couldn't refuse,
I thought a bit with no hesitation,
A big "YES" from me to you.

A spectacular fireworks festival,
Colliding bursts of light so colorful,
So that was your surprise,
We both look up at the blinding sky,
While our hands cling,
Like wind striding through glass chimes.

I'll let the gleaming sparkles,
Cover my blushing cheeks,
I know I can do it,
As soon as the final fireworks are lit.

I'll be brave for you.

After this mystical evening,
Now you'll see...
You'll finally hear my heart,
And the words,

"Boku wa kimi ga suki."

*BOKU WA KIMI GA SUKI /AISHITEMASU MEANS I LOVE YOU IN JAPANESE.
