Someone once told me,after doing something unbelievably regretful..we beat ourselves up for it, sometimes for much longer than we should, we do it to punish ourselves, then once we done that, all you do is feel bad, you want to say it's okay someone to make you believe it's okay when you know it's not..then all you can do is live with it...it becomes apart of what you are...it becomes apart of what you're never gonna do again..
