Feelings of love

by Madison   Jan 4, 2010

A stranger in this foreign land
pushed upon a bended knee
trade a whisper for a scream
sacrificed for an unloving fiend
subtle hints dropped in the sea
to tell of one loved for three
little tree growing strong
pushing at the ancient oak
gently praying on the sun
it envy's for its withered own
bent in half its core shattered
searching for a surrogate beam
longing for its fated lover
to let it sleep in gentle peace
