Beautiful.... A touching expression of a loved one whose memory you hold dear. Most tenderly written. Well written and expressed Temps, with love, grace and beauty. Nik is right... this is so you.
    Much love, Olwin.

Mmmhh..I think I know who this could be about, Temps....but I will not make this comment too personal.

This is a beautiful poem and with lots of serenity in it and I think the one it was intended for is smiling in heaven now.

    Apple cinnamon candles glow,
infusing the air with your memory,
as we reminisce the beauty of your soul,
now in the comforting hands of God above.
    Therapeutic memories cure our pain.

    ^^
This is a very important ritual and has been done since the beginning of time..we should never forget the ones who we descended from and the love they gave us and made us into who we are today.

Great work girl, you have a good heart:)

    God bless,

    5/5 Ingrid

    Temps
This is such a beautiful yet sad piece.

    The world stands stagnant today
as we remember a genuine soul
    who gifted happiness to many,
    as well as abundant adoration
    despite terrorizing obstacles.

This stanza grabs the readers attention from the start.

    Apple cinnamon candles glow,
infusing the air with your memory,
as we reminisce the beauty of your soul,
now in the comforting hands of God above.
    Therapeutic memories cure our pain.

It is so hard to think of someone we love going before us. Some can find comfort knowing that this person is in a better place. Memories always haunt me and the pain has never left. Beautiful words Temps.

    Violet petals of lilacs decorate
    velvet landscapes surrounding us,
as birds dance to the song
    of your illustrious vitality,
    chirping your name with delight.

This stanza is so breath taking. I love lilacs they are so beautiful and their aroma is intoxecating. Awesome imagery!

    Kaleidoscopic rays illuminate
    our lachrymose eyes of sorrow.
Your absence we wish to erase,
yet know you still reside permenently
in our hearts, and in heaven.

It is so hard to let go of a loved one. How true they stay in your heart and mind. What a beautiful tribute to the person you penned this for.

Ah, it's been too long since I've read something you've written.

This is absolutely perfect. I feel as though every single words helps the reader to understand what it is the writer (you, :P) is feeling and experiencing. Your vocabulary is fabulous, and you have done a wonderful job creating visuals for the readers.

You've come so far since I've started reading your work. You should certainly be proud of yourself.
