Dandelion Bouquet

by Adelaide   Jan 29, 2010

A golden hair girl dashes in a meadow;
her bright emerald eyes fix on beautiful yellow flowers.
Skipping purposefully to the dandelion field,
she picks as many as her tiny hands can carry.
Dallying home to surprise her mother,
she pictures the smile on her mother's face.
She enters her house and looks around,
but nothing is there but empty space.
